I added this page mainly because of the neat things we say in northeastern Wyoming. It was very stormy as we said goodbye to South Dakota and headed into Wyoming. However, we saw the most amazing thing right outside of the car! Note that there are actually 2 rainbows here, not one.

The sun set upon us in Wyoming just east of the Devil's Tower... of all the sunsets I've seen so far, this has to have been the spookiest!

We got to Devil's Tower not too long after sunset, but with the darkness and low clouds, the place looked more like something out of Lord of the Rings as opposed to what you see on the Wyoming license plate.

Not too long after this it became too dark to see anything. We drove west to Sheridan and then stopped in Hardin, MT to sleep for the night.
